Does anyone know exactly how C-USA distributes payouts from Bowl game appearances. I know that many conferences split the payouts (after the bowl team expenses) equally amongst league members. Does C-USA follow that method? If you have a link, it would be most appreciated.

They split it equally, after bowl team expenses like every other division. NCAA rules state that all bowl funds a split equally within the conference after team expenses. That's why Notre Dame is one of the richest schools in the country, because of their tradition they always get in a big bowl game, even if they don't deserve it, and they only have to share with 3 other teams.
