I need some help, my a/c is not working and it is so humid in my house that the carpet feels wet.?

what is the best way to reduce the humidity while the a/c is repaired?

I need some help, my a/c is not working and it is so humid in my house that the carpet feels wet.?
Run a dehumidifier. I listed a few in the link. You might want to check your local tool rental store...they might have them for rent.
Reply:You could simply use a "Dehumidifier" most stores carry them in the summer time.
Reply:get a fan.
Reply:Did you check the circuit breaker or fuses? Does the fan blow on the interior of your unit? Does the outside unit come on ? Give more detail please. Dehumidifier is the way to go
