I am sorry to say liposuction is the only way.

Your belly hangs that way because of the underlying scar tissue.

Unless you can get youself model thin, it's always going to be like that.

They didnt' tell you that before they cut...did they?
Reply:Diet, exercise, and plastic surgery.
Reply:Sorry to tell you but the fastest way would be surgery! My son is 14 months old and my little pouch has just now gone away, but I didn't do any exercises or anything like that. I am getting married in September so now that I have lost the belly I want to tone it back up. Depending upon how long ago it was since you have had your baby and if you have gotten cleared by your doctor to go ahead and resume exercising you can try just doing crunches whenever you get the chance like if you are just sitting down watching tv get on the floor and start doing crunches. Before I got pregnant I would do sit-ups and crunches daily at minimum of 500 a day of each so 1000 a day. I was a workout addict I loved how I looked. I of course went on a diet after I had my son when I got cleared from my doc that I could start exercising I did take walks and did a few workouts but going 9 months without being able to do what I did before made me a bit lazy lol. Try cutting back your calorie intake unless you are breast feeding then I don't suggest it just take walks if you can. I noticed I did drop the weight quickly but I had to let my skin resume to normal on it's own you can't force it quickly just give it time. Some people lose it quickly while others it takes a while and some just don't lose it. I wish you the best of luck. And congrats on the new baby.
Reply:girl i know exactly what u are saying lol. I have the same issue. the only thing u will beable to do is have a tummy tuck. I went for a consultation after my son and the doc said my stomach muscles were just fine but i was just left with extra skin. He said to make sure i have all the kids i want and then come have the preocedure done. I am preg with #3 and last, so i will be having a tummy tuck hopefully by the beginning of next year 2008. That is so I will have time to heal from the c-section i will be having soon with this baby. Good luck to u and God Bless
Reply:After the doc gives you the go ahead, exercise....it may require plastic surgery though if you really want it gone....I wouldn't worry about it too much though....all moms have it to some degree
Reply:its like Kanye said- she got lipo wit yo money only a tummy tuck in this case
Reply:Thats DISGUSTING!!!! Nice way to explain it.Didn't need that visual.Best of luck saggy.
Reply:Hmmm, it happens with most of new moms, you could have gone for stomach tightened belts, some yoga or exercise or Liposuction.

First ask your doctor first which one is best for you
Reply:well the fastest would be plastic surgery, but situps would do you so much better. situps would tighten the skin and really tone you up.
Reply:JUST EXCERSI AND HAVE A HEALTY DIET OR PAY LIKE 1000 DOLLARS FOR A TUMMY TUCK
Reply:I have that problem also, and the only solution is an abdominoplasty ...a.k.a. tummy tuck (if it's bad). There is also a procedure called a miniabdominoplasty if it is less severe. Do you have trouble with stretch marks, too? I have terrible stretch marks, which have left me with a lot of excess skin (adding to the saggy look). If that's also an issue, then a tummy tuck IS the only way. You can lose weight/exercise to have less of the sag, but it won't go away completely and will stay sort of.. squishy. A tummy tuck will remove all of the skin from the belly button and downward to your pubic bone, and they make a new belly button for you. If you gained a lot of weight during your pregnancy, chances are that you some of the muscles in your abdomen seperated, so when getting a tummy tuck, they sew them back together. If that's the case, exercising won't be too effective. It runs anyware from like 4 - 10 thousand depending on where you go, but eventually, I have to have one.
Reply:I absolutely swear by Pilates. I did pilates 3 times a week after my baby and I was back to my pre baby size within 6 weeks! I recommend Windsor Pilates. It is the easiest to learn!
Reply:The only way is a tummy tuck.
Reply:Seems like everyone 1st instinct is surgery. I guess I'm old fashioned, my first instinct is excercise. Sit ups should work %26amp; lots of walking...but I have the same problem and haven't done either %26amp; still have the problem...I should take my own advice :)
Reply:It depends one what preg. this is %26amp; how much elasticity your muscles have. the Fastest way to get rid of it would be to have liposuction or tummy tuck, depending on the severity of the sag.
Reply:I wish I knew. I have the same problem. Im thinking that the only thing that is going to work is a tummy yuck!!!
