I had a C section delivery about 3 months ago and I think I may be pregnant again. HPT came back positive. Is it safe to be pregnant again?

immediately as your cervix is more open due to delivery, your chances of getting pregnant are very high.
It is a bit risky to be pregnant now, your body needs three years to recover from a c-section, I know cause my mom has three and the doc told her this. but you can consult your doc. It is not that right cause your tissue is not healed by now.
But you can have your baby with the apropriate care.
I know a women who got pregnant immediately she had her baby and she´s fine.
