How do you type the high C like in McElroy?

I can't figure out how to get the c to the top instead of the default as in McElroy.

How do you type the high C like in McElroy?
According the ASCII charts and unicode charts that are responsible for the keystrokes and letters the only true way to do it on a computer is the way you originally typed it. It you are willing to try a different approach to the c there is another character similar to it..%26gt; To make it you hold down ALT and type in 136. It looks like this...ç and the upper case version of this is ALT 128...like this Ç. Again... I cannot locate any version other than this to assimilate the Mc action.
