I had a few complications with my C-section which prolonged my rehabilitation time. This is the 1st time that I have had any extra time to start getting back in shape. Any suggestions?
What is the best way to tone up and lose weight after a C-section?
First off, c-section recovery SUCKS!!!!! I have had 2 and I know they are a pain (no pun intended) to get over! I always started out slow when it came to toning up again. The one thing I have had trouble with is the c-section pooch on your lower ab area! It never goes away! Its cut muscle and very very hard to rehab!
