How do i put on an a/c belt on a geo 91 prizm it has no tensioner on it???

Having trouble putting on a/c belt on 91 geo prizm, it has no tensioner for it what soever. And it only goes on to the crank and the compressor.

Reply:did u look under hood...there should be a decal with schematic of belts..call geo/chevy parts dept and ask if there is a tensioner on that engine...if not..the ac compressor moves to make it tight...if it runs out of space u have too big a belt...call them...i do all the time...they laugh when i walk into parts dept...but they answer all my dumb questions
